WorkTW (worktw.org) is an online job board connecting foreign candidates with employers in Taiwan. Use of this platform constitutes acceptance of the following terms.
Platform Role WorkTW is a listing platform only. We do not verify job listings, vet employers, or act as a recruitment agency. We are not party to any agreement made between a candidate and employer through this platform.
Accuracy of Listings WorkTW does not guarantee the accuracy of any job listing, company profile, or candidate resume posted on the platform. Users access and act on this information at their own discretion.
For Candidates Candidates are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before applying for or accepting any position. This includes verifying the legitimacy of the employer, the accuracy of the job listing, and their own legal eligibility to work in Taiwan.
For Employers Employers are responsible for ensuring all listings are accurate, truthful, and compliant with Taiwan’s employment laws and regulations. Misleading, fraudulent, or illegal listings will be removed. WorkTW reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
User Information & Privacy Certain personal information submitted to the platform — including contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, and other profile information — is visible to registered users of the platform. Users are responsible for the information they choose to make public on their profile. WorkTW is not responsible for any unsolicited contact or misuse of information shared on the platform. Limitation of Liability WorkTW is not liable for any inaccuracies in listings, disputes between candidates and employers, or any outcomes arising from use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

平台角色 WorkTW 僅為刊登平台，不對職缺或雇主進行審核，亦不作為招募仲介。本平台不參與求職者與雇主之間的任何協議。
職缺資訊準確性 WorkTW 不保證平台上任何職缺、公司資料或求職者履歷的準確性。使用者應自行判斷並承擔相關風險。
求職者須知 求職者在應徵或接受任何職位前，應自行進行盡職調查，包括確認雇主的合法性、職缺資訊的準確性，以及本身在台灣的合法工作資格。
雇主須知 雇主有責任確保所有職缺資訊真實、準確，並符合台灣相關勞動法規。不實、詐欺或違法的職缺將予以下架。WorkTW 保留暫停違規帳號的權利。
使用者資訊與隱私 部分個人資料（包括電話號碼、電子郵件地址及其他個人資訊）將對已註冊的平台使用者開放查閱。使用者應自行決定於個人頁面上公開的資訊內容。WorkTW 對於平台上所分享資訊遭受未經授權之聯繫或不當使用，概不負責。詳情請參閱本平台隱私權政策。
責任限制 WorkTW 不對職缺資訊不實、求職者與雇主之間的糾紛，或使用本平台所產生的任何結果負責。
條款變更 本條款可能不定期更新。繼續使用本平台即表示接受更新後的條款。
